Q: What are your fondest memories of being in the kitchen?
A: “Why do this, you mean? I love to cook. I love to feed people. I have been cooking since I was 8 or 9 years old. Everyone in my family cooks, our family life centers around food! Many of my family cooks for a living.
Q: Was there any person(s) who inspired your love for cooking at a young age?
A: “Definitely my Grandmother, Ernestine Williams, I got into cooking to be with her. She had a big personality and even bigger heart, she was just someone you wanted to be around.”
Q: What are some of your most cherished dishes, that directly represent your home country/culture?
A: “Jambalaya and Jerk Chicken. But, my real passion is baking. I used to bake cakes/cookies for my children’s teachers during the holidays when they were in school. Now I bake for all the family’s special occasions, and I especially love baking for my grandchildren.

A: Good, Tasty, & Healthy
