Ana came to the United States from El Salvador 19 years ago and she has been with MG for four of those years. She enjoys researching and practicing new recipes at home, the passion evident everyday in her role as Sous Chef.

Working for a Women-led company inspires Ana, reminding her that there are no limits to what she can achieve. She finds fulfillment in bringing joy to others through her cooking and takes great pride in preparing food safely, ensuring that those with various limitations can enjoy delicious meals free of worry.

At home, Ana loves making tamales and the original enchilada – she grew up making and eating these dishes with her mother and grandmother, as well as the rest of the family.
