Below you’ll find basic instructions and links to commonly used mobile tools. As always if you have any technical difficulties contact our support team at support@merig.com.
Begin by choosing your device platform:
Android Users:
Login to Gmail
- If you don’t have Gmail installed you can find it here.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open Gmail
.
- At the top right, tap your profile picture.
- Tap Add another account.
- Choose Google.
- Follow the on-screen steps using your new @merig.com email.
Install 1Password next to save the passwords you create. Remember to use your @merig.com email.
The following apps do not support single sign-on with Google. Make certain to save your passwords using 1Password.
Log in to these apps using your new @merig.com account by using the Google authentication method when prompted.
iPhone Users:
Login to Gmail
- Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
- Tap Add Account, then select Google.
- Enter your MERIG email address and password.
- If you see Next, tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.
- If you see Save, tap Save.
Install 1Password next to save the passwords you create. Remember to use your @merig.com email.
