As we continue celebrating Women’s History Month and the athletes who are breaking barriers and creating new firsts on the world stage, we’re excited to highlight Tallulah Proulx. At just 17 years old, Tallulah became the youngest alpine skier to represent the Philippines at the Winter Olympics and the first Filipina ever to compete in the sport during the games. Her performance in a sport traditionally dominated by cold-climate countries made her achievement even more historic. Tallulah’s dedication earned respect from fans and her fellow competitors. Her determination doesn’t stop there, she has already set her sights on returning for future games with a goal of becoming the Philippines’ first-ever Winter Olympic medalist.
